Finally getting back to the BVI. Tentatively planning a wedding, was thinking Myetts. We will be there 1st week in July, have never overnighted in CGbay, a little nervous about making plans if there's a chance for a rough night. Looking for advice or info about mooring overnight in July.

CGB should be fine in July. It’s very rare to find a North swell running in July. Tropical weather would be a bigger concern but most of that is after 1 Aug. My biggest fear in July would be a cruise ship in port but those are fewer in the summer. G

Know that "Myett's" is now " Pusser's at Myett's" ..its much more Pusser's than Myett's now. That said Valerie ( owner of Myett's) may still be organising the weddings there..which is a very good thing. Check and see. As said it should be calm in CGB in summer.

I have moored in CGB every July since 1981 and NEVER experienced even the slightest swell problem. (Missed last year)
