Talked with Leandra's daughter at their little stall yesterday and she said:
"MOMMA's coming to do barbecue this weekend!"
The main building hasn't begun, and her daughter just shrugged when I asked when it might be done.

Just came back!
The Kids say "change of plan ...Moma cooking at home .... people have been ordering ...and her son is going to pick up at 12:30!"

Hope she is close by so those BBQ items stay fresh of the grill. One of the worst sick experiences I ever had in SXM was beach bbq chicken...rough night after that beautiful day at the beach.  Popular place too, but I won't say where. It never happened before that day, and I've been back since and it was fine.

You take your chances anywhere you eat. Wife had one h**l of a case of food poisoning from Pineapple Petes once. Still talks about it. Wouldn't expect it there but it can happen anywhere.

According to her kids, this is the beginning of daily lunch until her carbet is built...order by 11 delivered at 12:30.
Chair and umbrellas $20. USD ....soft drinks, water, beer and mixed drinks all available now.
Nothing to gain personally with post ....not a client myself (athletic diet), but neighbours here on Orient are effusive about her cooking and service.
