Trying to get from SJU to EIS in July and support at Travelocity says they are having "airline" problems. I called Cape Air and they said hogwash, try Expedia. That's when I found out they use the same booking system - same error.

Anyone else experiencing issues booking code share with Cape Air SJU to EIS?

Ha! If I could I would but a little ambitious for a 172! I punted and will fly American to STT after verifying that the error condition persists on both Expedia and Travelocity.

We are heading in May. Booked Southwest out of Baltimore the night before and then flying on Seaborne the next morning at 8am. Booked individually on there own web sites. Seaborne was significantly less than Cape Air. So worth looking at.

I had issues with expedia as well. I could pick the departing flight but no the return flight. I also had issues with JetBlue - no flights came up. I then found the partner page for jetblue and found cape and clicked the booking link on that page and was able to see flights from BOS-SJU-EIS. JetBlue/Cape Air. Prices were good too by comparison to other options ($1600 for 3 people).

Not sure JetBlue is an option, but you could try that.
