Pre-Irma, was the sandy beach on the Ocean Club side of Cupecoy easily accessible to the general public? Or was access to that beach only through the (now-defunct) Ocean Club?

You can get down there by parking in the lot on the far side of OC, same as always.

I know. I just wondered if the same access path was there pre-Irma. Evidently the answer is "Yes."

I'm guessing that the sand comes and goes from that beach, as it does from the other Cupecoy beaches, so that what I'm seeing now looks different from previous visits.

I was there last week, same as always and lots of sand, sun and surf. Sure is great to be back to cold wet snow!
