Jump Up from dusk over causeway to Simpson Bay bridge with party after. So if you have plans be aware driving will be delayed.

RonDon.....thank you VERY MUCH for that info. We land tomorrow .....Can't wait!!!!!! and now will definitely eat in the Maho area and NOT venture out. We have been stuck a few times for celebrations like that!!

EdB. There is a small market at rotary across from Royal Islander to get basics until you can get toCarrefour to Super U.
Also Leslie of Kenny’s car rental told us a new steak house opened AjX, I think. Where Biatzu was. And it’s a short drive to Porto Cupecoy where there are several restaurants, Thai, Italian, pizza, Chinese, upscale too. Easy drive of 12 minutes for us fro. BSV.
Dcarol. Maho not much open in way of stores. Parking garage closed but you can park at casino free. A couple of restaurants but the area has not fully returned yet.

The new steakhouse is Jax and it is in the former Bajatzu location. Friends ate there last week and enjoyed it,

And when they rolled back through SImpson Bay last night, it was some very loud. I have witnessed Carnival parades before but never from where I was staying.
