Are any of the Village restaurants open for lunch?

Not in the village square but there are a few across the street. The Yellow Sub opens at 11:30. The 3 beach bars serve lunch also.

Yes but not much on the menu. They seem to be open all day. A better option would be Le Douze at the far end of the same structure.
