I'm writing this from my flight which is delayed on tarmac. I'll probably miss my connection to STT. United will probably put me on later flight (if they have one with seats) but, if so, I'll miss the ferry. I have room booked st Maria's tonight. I don't know if there would be any rooms available would in STT.

If I need late afternoon or early evening water taxi, where do I get it from? Anyone have contact number? Do they take Visa?

Thanks

Don

Dohms watertaxi 340-775-6501. I assume they are still in business. Last time I used them was 2 years ago.

Not a good way to start your vacation. Ask United if they can rebook you to Tortola (EIS). They may be willing to do it.

We had a similar flight issue with one person in last year's trip. See if they can get you to San Juan (even on another carrier), put you up for the night, and then get you to EIS or STT the next day. There are lots more options into San Juan than STT and a lot of options out of San Juan to both EIS and STT. If you yell loud enough, they can be quite accommodating.

Windward Passage often has rooms available in Charlotte Amalie.
