He is there at lunch hour only for the past few years. If you are there for dinner - you won’t see him.

I ran into him on the street in Marigot a few weeks ago, and he is selling wine at Le Gout de Vin, rue d'anguille, in Marigot. He said he's not been at Tropicana since they re-opened after vacation.
