I was asked to bring a healthy & light appetizer to Thanksgiving and this is what I made. Everyone loved it so I thought I'd share. Enjoy!
Excellent Healthy & Light Appetizer
Hummus; Original Flavor Cucumbers, Finely Chopped Tomatoes, Finely Chopped Crumbled Feta Cheese (Garlic/Herb Flavor) Crackers/Celery/Carrots
Cover bottom of a platter with Hummus Remove seeds and finally chop cucumber; sprinkle on top of Hummus Finely chop tomatoes; sprinkle on top of cucumber Top everything with Feta Cheese
Chill and serve with crackers, celery and/or carrots

Wow! My parents brought me a new food processor for my birthday- perfect for hummus-making! Making this platter today as an antidote to Thanksgiving!!
thanks!
If I can't be a good example, I'll just have to be a horrible warning.

Thanks! My b'day was a while ago, just haven't seen my parents since, so they brought it along.
This was a WONDERFUL, FLAVORFUL snack/appetizer. I made spicy hummus so the cucumbers & tomatoes add a smooth, cooling element as well as fantastic flavor. Will have a hard time having "just" hummus from now on!
Everyone should try this! So healthy & filling & tasty!
Thanks again!

Thanks for the recipe. I put it on a tortilla wrap. Very pretty when cut in several pieces! Great recipe.

We made this again yesterday & I just NOW realized it's supposed to have feta on it!!
We snarfed down almost a whole double recipe of spicy hummus with the cucumbers & tomatoes yesterday but the little bit that was left over, we tucked into pita pockets today with some spinach, roasted red peppers, & grilled chicken breasts. DEE-LISH!!!! Will be even better with feta next time!
If I can't be a good example, I'll just have to be a horrible warning.
