It is a brothel on the Dutch side that exploits woman (IMHO) and can be researched on the DH archives by going to the search and entering Casa Blanca. There you can find a history of many articles all negative.

Casa Blanca never reopened after the hurricane and the owners and manager were arrested for money laundering and human trafficking.
