we just returned from our stay at marys boon. we usually stay at horny toad, but they are not quite ready. the weather was fantastic the whole time with showers only our first day. we had several good meals at some of our regular places vesna, german restaurant, and we had a great meals at souliga rum café -- also called boca marina -- we also took the rum tour -- we were very impressed with the arrival and departure system -- seemed to go faster than normally does -- we left on Friday and there were plenty of seats in the departure lounge and it wasn't hot at all -- looking forward to next year at the new horny toad

Thanks for the report. I have stayed at Horny Toad many times. Did you happen to take a look at the new structure? If so, could you share your thoughts?

Thanks for the report. How did you enjoy your stay at Mary's Boon?

I was there a week or so ago. Due to insurance limitations, I wasn't allowed to go inside the rooms but Deb and Doug showed me all around the outside of the building. They were waiting for the sliding glass doors to arrive so they could start finishing the inside (kitchens, etc.). They believe they are on target to open December 27. After the initial bookings, Deb said they have a couple of weeks with no bookings, for which she is thankful. They expect to have kinks to work out during that time.

I would be interested in hearing about your experience at Mary's Boon as well. We arrive for 10 days starting Jan.31st.
