Does anyone know what's doing at the beach behind Flamingo? It's where Topper's By the Sea was.

I think it's explained in the post near yours titled ROXIE RESORT. Something about a new resort going up.

I think it's explained in the post near yours titled ROXIE RESORT. Something about a new resort going up. From what the OP is describing, it is in front of Flamingo and not on Kim Sha where Roxxy Beach is being built. Toppers By the Sea was on Flamingo property and did not last long.

Beach is a public beach and is ok to use. No amenities as Flamingo is still under reconstruction. Toppers by the sea was taken over by another and that is gone also.
