We will be in Sydney in October 2019. Does anyone have a favorite hotel to recommend that has a good location to things to see and do in Sydney?

Hi there....I was just in Sydney for 3 nights in late October and stayed at the Megaboom Hotel at 93 York Street. Basic, simple, secure and walking distance to Darling Harbour, central busiess district, restaurants, etc. And the price was right,
"Good girls go to heaven, bad girls go everywhere!" and "Hedo for me-no problem mon!" :-)

most of the accommodations in Sydney are super easy to travel from the airport. Ols Sydney Holiday Inn, is in the central location so you can access the sightseeing locations pretty easily.

Last time I was in Sydney, I stayed at the Rendezvous Hotel, Sydney by the Rocks, 75 Harrington St. I just found the hotel card while cleaning up my desk. Nice location across from the Opera House. views of the Opera House at night are wonderful. It is downtown near the Quay.
