Hi, I’m a BVI’Er and I have a grand daughter whom is traveling to Africa. Is it better for her to buy an international phone plan for her current cell or disposable phone when in Africa? Thank you in advance! Just want to keep in contact with my granddaughter Jonurseinor

My daughter studied abroad a couple times in Africa and worked a few months in Rwanda. I just asked her what she preferred and she likes buying a SIM card for her personal iPhone.

"We would usually just rent a phone when in South Africa." Oh, what are the processes involved when renting a phone in South Africa?
