Getting excited that our next trip is just about upon us. December 8th we get on board a 50' Cat at St Vincent and head (one way) to Grenada.

Lots of things to learn and go through your Trip Reports, Chris Doyle's guidebook, and other resources.

We are going without air conditioning this time.. hopefully that will work out okay. We did the BVI without, which was good until it downpoured overnight, and the time we did it with.. was really quite nice with the exception of getting the generator intake full of weeds at Anegada.

Places to not miss, how much food to stock up on -vs- getting it along the way, out of the way snorkel spots, and more..

You can buy fish along the way.
It's available at the ice house on Mustique, and certainy from the boat vendors almost anywhere.
Banana bread brought to your boat by the vendors is a must-do treat!
A beach BBQ can be done in The Tobago Cays or at Chatham Bay, Union Island.
It's worth stopping at Salt Whistle Bay and hiking up to the town on Mayreau. Visit Richeous Roberts. He's a cool guy!

Thanks for those ideas. We do plan on fishing while we're moving (not in any Marine Parks). We caught 5 Tuna while moving in the BVI last time. Caught some monster barracuda too and that was fairly exciting.. not so much for eating though.

If we have 10 days to get to Grenada, want to take a crack at an itinerary?

We are going in less than a month! Very excited. Please let me know what you find out.... We aren't much into fishing but love to dive/snorkel and find cool anchorages. We know nothing about the area so are interested in itineraries also! Best of luck!
