I would totally be there if there wasn't smoke at Red Piano. Also depends on World Series schedule.

Agree about the smoke. I hope once people start returning, Red Piano will return to non-smoking. Love that place, but stopped going because it was hard to breathe.

Hope they get the word on no smoking. They are hurting their selves. But they might have discovered they have more business by allowing smoking and that is why they changed.

I was on a ferry to Pinel with the Red Piano owner. He indicated, as Scubaman said, that he had to allow smoking again in order to get the business he needed to stay open. He said that he hoped to be able to ban smoking again when business picks up.

Well, sorry to say Linda....that he will never know if and when business COULD pick up if he doesn't do it. Many people will just stay away silently.

Makes sense. A lot of locals smoke. Especially on the French side.

Then they should live and die by a local economy

That's why I said I hope it will RETURN to non-smoking once people start coming back. Fingers crossed.

Locals will dictate the outcome. More money with a steady clientele.
