The USS Constitution got underway this morning in Boston as part of the OPSAIL 2012 and 4 of July celebrations. My son in stationed on the CGC Eagle. Last summer some of USS Constitutions crew sailed with the Eagle. He was lucky enough to be asked to sail with the Constitution today as it got underway. toured the eagle years ago...so cool. have a friend posting on fb from one of the tall ships in boston. looked like she could reach out and touch the blue angels...

Beerman - we're at Leverick now - just had some great pizza and Red Stripes.
We're off to Anegada tomorrow - Wednesday, staying through Thursday.
We met sailtowind (Evan) in Great Harbor, Jost, and got a tour of their beautiful home away from home - a Beneteau 40CC center cockpit. I came very close to buying one 12 years ago and it was very cool to see how they outfitted it.

Hey Twanger, We are having a great time on St John, sorry to say our paths won't meet <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/cry.gif" alt="" /> I am really missing being on a boat, but we will be on the Bad Kitty power cat tomorrow! We are going to the Baths, Monkey Point and White Bay.
