Has anybody been in touch with these gentlemen? I have sent emails and also filled out the request on their website. Haven't had any replies. We rented from them last March and had no problem in contacting them.

Still have had no luck....are they still sponsors here?

They are still listed on the Sponsor list. If they are that difficult to book with I would try another rental company.

Just found a different email address for them.....hoping this works!!!!! We have used them for many years and they have been more then fair to us, just want to try to reach them before we explore other options.

Anyone rent from them? The cell phone service intrigued me.

We didn’t hear back from them until December, our trip was the beginning of November lol. We did receive a cell phone from them on previous trips, but it didn’t work on the French side. We are now trying to book something for our March trip(prices are outrageous) and noted that a few other rental agencies are offering phones.
