Can anyone tell me if It has reopened and if not, are there any plans in place? We are trying to decide if we need a car. Thank you in advance for your help.

Yesterday there was a big dumpster out front. Didn't see anyone working although didn't get close enough. There was a smaller grocery store in same area just a little further away from the beach.

It was posted on Yellow Sub's facebook that Bruno sold Yellow Sub and Petit Casino. Don't know if another grocery store is going to take over. We used to do quite a bit of our shopping there because of the convenience. Going to miss it. https://www.facebook.com/yellowsubs...3433/335090766615276/?type=1&theater

There was a lot of work being done on it when we were there at the beginning of June. As others have said Bruno has sold it. I read on another site that it was going to be a grocery store and planned to open in the fall as will the former Yellow Sub. I think it is going to be a subsidiary of one of the large French grocery chains. I just don't remember which one.

Yes, we saw workman there most every day. We were on the island from June 3 to 17. We were able to see in the store on a couple of the days. However, like a lot of building on the island it may have stopped. we also saw a lot of work being done at Leader Price.

Leader Price were installing all the exterior signs last week, they should be open soon, looked finished inside

We arrived on June 14, went to Orient by around the 17th, and never saw anyone working at Petite Casino, so I guess they worked for a while and stopped.
