I booked two trips in the upcoming months: Club Fantastico for the 1st trip and Adam et Eve for the 2nd trip.
My question how to handle tipping. I'm unsure of the etiquette or what is appropriate.
I believe Club Fantastico has paid staff whereas Adam et Eve is run by the actual owners. I'm not sure if that means I ought to handle them each differently.
Any advise would be appreciated as this is the first time we're staying at a smaller B&B like place and I'm at a loss for how to handle this.

When I was on island in June, I went to a private event at Adam et Eve. The owners were in France, and the place was run by Willy, a trained chef who also makes Willy's Ice Cream. Just a heads up in case owners are still off island.

When we stayed on the Dutch side we tipped the housekeeper $2.5 per day/person that she was at the house.

When we are on the Dutch side, we generally tip about $3 per day. Housekeeping comes twice a week and we just leave $10 on the pillow. I think they appreciate it as our room seems to be done when we return after a day at the beach.
