They haven't announce a specific opening date other than Summer 2018.

The building is being painted and planting has started our front today. Impossible to tell what the inside is like.

Does Spadaro own it? I wonder about this deal with the lien or whatever it is on Spadaro's properties, due to the banking irregularities with the central bank. Apparently there is some kind of a stop on construction at the Towers because of that? I just wondered if it was the same situation.

Of course the Spadaros own and control everything. And they don't have any problem with the Central Bank.
They are trying to see if they can get a loan from the Government . Towers is another story. But work continues on the Casino and Maho Resort.
