The Sonesta is definitely NOT.
The one underneath La Terrasse was open when we were there last month.
Depending upon what you are trying to do/go, there is street parking and the alley behind Moulin Fou.

Thank You DJ Don't think so, it was open in November but closed in February, the server at Moulin Fou, told us they just couldn't get enough custom to stay open, with all the construction and scaffolding :-(

Thank You DJ Went to Moulin Fou in late May. Parked along the alley near the casino and it was fine. Construction workers had left by that point.
