What is the deal about Tony not being allowed back to his space?

From what I hear there is some dispute over the lease..I believe Stanley still owns it but dont know what his plans are..shame to lose one of our favorite lunch spots. I do encourage folks to check out Rhymer's..much nicer since they rebuilt after Irma.

The lease was original written to Stanley. When he gave up the bar, his nephew (Tony) took it over. Eventually the lease ended and turned into a month-to-month lease. When the owner came to Tony in September or October with the new lease terms, they could not come to terms so Tony decided to move. I believe the property is owned by Prince Stoutt's family.

I don't think so. He likes it on the hill. He has told me his mother wanted him to take that spot when he opened the Lookout but he wanted to be at the "busy intersection"...

I have a hard time seeing that huge hotel going up. One of the things that made CGB so special was the quaintness of the area. It I just looks so large..... happy to hear about the rest of the progress. The bay will always be my first love in BVI

Is there entertainment at Myette’s with any regularity? We had a great time last year before Irma with a great band. Unfortunately, I can’t remember the name of the band. A younger woman was singing and she was fantastic.

Usually on Saturday nights. For a while the Elm Tones were playing, but lately it has been Marcus Mark.

Not that I've seen and probably not with slow season coming I also asked about if they were going to build back their hotel rooms and kinda blase answer about that

Also watching them rebuilding quitos and can't make heads or tails of it bar looks small

I'm not optimistic about the hotel being full.
