Will be coming down for 1st time post-Irma. Depart The Moorings in AM on Friday June 15 - 23. From posts here it looks like I am in for a great trip. 2 couples with (4) 18-20 year old sons and daughters - high school graduation and sophomore Clemson Univ. celebration trip. From RT, to Norman, Cooper, Leverick, Anegada, Scrub, CGB, JVD, day stop at St John, back to RT. Can anyone help with a few planning matters:

Self-provisioning and looking for best grocery in RT for sandwich meats, cheeses, fresh produce - I'll be bringing tenderloin, meats, fish, chicken, etc. with me
Best source for delivery to boat of beer, wine, soda, spirits and water?
Is Kevin Campbell up and running for taxi from STT airport to ferry dock?
Car rentals available at Leverick and Anegada now?
Do most places on CGB, JVD, Norman, Cooper, Anegada, Marina Cay/Scrub/Trellis accept credit cards now?
Is the approach to Anedgada well marked now?
Foxy's Taboo open?

Thanks all and have enjoyed the recent posts and trip reports

Kevin is "up and running." We have not "self-provisioned" on Tortola in last three trips. Much easier to order from Riteway online.

We have self provisioned the last 2 trips. Not keen on items missing or substituted.
Car rentals are available. We used mahogany on Virgin Gorda. Great web site.
Sadly foxy’s taboo will not be open for a long time, but the B line is.

We are coming June 19-26 and have NC State grad and some high school grads. Your trip sounds similar to ours except we may do Oil Nut Bay and no St John (we stayed on the island many times it is awesome). We are bringing some meats from home on the airplane. We found it hard to find good quality meats when provisioning. We just use Moorings for all the beverages. Enjoy!

Best source for delivery to boat of beer, wine, soda, spirits and water? Either Caribbean Cellars or Tico's, they are less expensive then Bobby's or Rite Way. They each carry different brands, so look at their website to decide which fits your preference.
Is Kevin Campbell up and running for taxi from STT airport to ferry dock? Yes, his number is 340-643-0025
Car rentals available at Leverick and Anegada now? We rented from J&S on VG, set up by Leverick Bay. We used Dean on Anegada.
Do most places on CGB, JVD, Norman, Cooper, Anegada, Marina Cay/Scrub/Trellis accept credit cards now? The only place we found that didn't take CC was JVD. That could be different by June.
Is the approach to Anedgada well marked now? I don't remember, I'm not the captain, LOL
Foxy's Taboo open? - No

Thanks all and have enjoyed the recent posts and trip reports

I answered each question above.

- 4 Gamecocks and 2 Clemson fans from Columbia arriving Nanny 16th
- Kevin from STT->CA->RT
- Horizons Bavaria 46 Blue Parrot,
- Provision with Riteway RT, then depending on weather/etc:

Jost 17th (sunday bbq), Norman/Peter/WillyT 18th, Cooper 19th, Baths/Marina/Scrub 20th, North Sound Oil Nut 21th, Leverick 22st (friday bbq), Savannah/Nanny 23rd, STT 24th.

Hearing most places are taking credit cards but bring more cash than you normally would.

Anegada is never well marked..lol BVIpirate.com has a really good explanation on the approach. I suggest you have polarized glasses and enter at high noon.

Have used bvipirate's chart and notes on approach, but wondering if much has changed since Irma - his chart I have is going on 7 or 8 years old now. Thanks Steve

But it’s on the chart plotter and hopefully reflected in a reasonable position.

It may or may not be correct on the chart plotter depending on what model and software. The same chart plotter can also be correct one day and wrong the next since the chart set the plotter displays can come from different overlapping charts depending on direction of arrival. Load Walkers waypoints and you will not be wrong! Don’t rely on the chart overlays.

Arriving in STT at 1:50 PM on Thurs., June 14 on Delta. Any info on what ferry to Roadtown may be running late enough for me to make RT on date of arrival?

We have 5 Tigers and 4 Gamecocks, wheels up from SC on the 22. Departing Moorings on the morning of the 23. Our float plan sounds a lot like yours. We hadn't planned on Nanny Cay-never been there. Trying Oil Nut for the first time to take the place of other destinations that are not up and ready yet. Planning on ending up at the Willy T. in its new location at Peter Island for the night before departure from Beef Island.

rsherer - have a great trip. We may run into you at the Moorings base on morning of the 23rd. We fly out of Atlanta on the 14th, depart Moorings on the 15th and return late on 22nd for overnight on board at Moorings before we head back to SC on the 23rd. I'll try and catch up with you at the Moorings and give you a report.
