I've reserved our car with Alain, and he has confirmed that; but has not responded to my last two emails with our flight information. I did include my cell phone number with my last email as some here have said he's having problems responding to emails. Has anyone else had problems? I guess I'll just call him tomorrow, but it's not like him to not respond.

I know in March he was having trouble with his email. I just called him and all was fine.

What number did you call? I've tried their office number and his cell, and am not getting an answer at either.

In the last ten years that I was dealing with Allan he never let me down. Always there waiting at the airport. If I didn’t see him or one of his guys- just ask people where he is and they will tell you and call him. Everybody knows everybody there, lol!
