A case could be made that many aspects of the island are going a very wrong direction.

Just taking license plates won't solve the issue. Perhaps this is another case for border control? I dunno. We have a problem with illegal dumping in the wooded areas of our neighborhood as well. I'm constantly calling for removal.

Even before Irma, I think trash and not having space for it all, was one of the island's biggest problems. I even heard some of the cruise lines dump their trash in SXM. Not sure if that is true or not, but troubling all the same.
