Has anyone communicated with Malcolm and Candace since they have been on island? Curious as to how things at CRC are going...

Hi Bridgette, I'm here at CRC with M&C. They say hi! We're in the sky lounge. Wall is rebuilt and stronger than ever, third floor is good, second floor is good, first floor will follow. We're waiting to see what the N swell will look like. Heading to Omar's for late breakfast shortly. Great show by Elmtones at Myett's last night. Many hugs and smiles when we walked in.๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ

We are hear and delaing with house/car/immigration/insurance..but things are really looking up. Demond Davis did an amazing job..top two flors are painted..roof is on..wall is back and bigger and better than ever. The surf was supposed to hit 20 feet but maybe got to 12..but lots of white water. No work being done on all four houses eat of us..but the three on our road are being fixed..Casa Caribe (two west) is fully functional and renting already! Much love and thanks to all of you..

Wonderful update Mal!

Glad to hear.

Work on the East End of Jost is moving along nicely too. We got power mid last week! Rough roofs are back on two of the bedrooms, furniture ordered to replace what disappeared or was damaged.

Now if we could just find a source for all the wooden louvered windows. So hard when everyone is looking for the same.....at the same time.

Have planted 3 new palms on the property, can't wait to get back in a few weeks and see how they are growing..... dance

Only 5%?? Is that a typo? We pay a 5% hurricane deductible here in Central Florida, PLUS depreciation, and we're 100 miles from the nearest water!
