Looks like they opened a bar where the dive shop was located. I think it's the same people.

Yep Colin is open! Call or text him at (284) 443-2222 and tell him Dave from Atlanta sent you. He has a dive trip in the morning if he doesn't answer right away. We just arrived JVD and hoping to see him tomorrow.

"Wanted to let everyone now that JVD Scuba is taking people out SCUBA diving and snorkeling, filling scuba tanks, renting gear, etc. The ‘retail shop’ is not open yet since our devastating Category 5 hurricane wiped out the island , but should be within a couple weeks once our container is delivered. Also the land lines on Jost are still not (close to) working, so we are using a USA cell for reservations which gets signal from St Thomas : 1.757.287.2731 and our BVI cell is 1.284.443.2222
