Hi All,

We are heading down in April for two weeks. Anyone hear of any crime issues or is it the same place it was before the storm?

2 week charter in Jan this year - our experience, no issues whatsoever.

We always lock the boat when leaving it. And lock the main hatches at night (force of habit from sailing in other less friendly parts of the Caribbean!). We never lock the dinghy anywhere.

...But no signs of any issues at all. People seemed more friendly than ever before.

Best to lift dingy at night (or lock to boat). Lock to dingy dock, depending where you are and if you will be out of sight of dingy. Never had anything happen, but always some reports of dingy thefts.
