I have family arriving STT around 5PM on March 10 Sat Looking for a way to go from STT to BVI Any ideas?

You can reserve a private water taxi - Dolphin, Dohm's - but they usually have a minimum charge of at least $400, plus taxi transfers and international fees. If there are 4+ people in the group, it may be worth it.
The other option is to put them up in Charlotte Amalie on Saturday night and have them take the first ferry in the morning.
Or...hitch a ride with someone.
