We use the Kyss bag. It's a canvas bag with a stainless steel cable that locks to your chair or whatever you want to secure it to. Lock also locks the bag shut. Comes in two sizes and various colors.

It depends on what kind of a chair it's attached to, to some extent. If it's a big padded chair on the beach that is normally rented out, it would cause some attention, one would think, if one tried to carry it off. smile
