Question...how much cider do you need to boil down, and how long, to get the 2 tablespoons?

The Boiled Cider is a King Arthur Flour Co. product... http://www.kingarthurflour.com/shop/items/boiled-cider-1-pintAccording to website... 3/4 cup of cider makes about 1 tablespoon...
