We have some friends who received an email from Simpson Bay saying they would be open March 3.

Only the Villas Building will open on March 3 and only for those who own there. Those of us who own in other buildings cannot trade into the Villas and will have to wait till our own buildings open, maybe May.

Oh, thank you. Considering the amount of damage I couldn't imagine how they were opening so far ahead of projections.

My friend owns at SBR, B building, and they have confirmed a rez for her starting the end of April! I still don't believe they will be ready, but that's her story!

Both B buildings had much less structural damage than the C's and D. I was also told that reservations could be made for the last week of April. They said that both C's and D would take much longer to open.
The March 3rd opening of the Villas was announced in an update released on Nov. 21st
