New Director at Belair gives an unrehearsed video tour and introduces herself on Facebook. They still hope to reopen in March 2018. Much work done but much more to do.

I am so pleased to hear that. She appears to be an honest and sincere person. Don't know if Belair will be open by March but know that they are making quite and effort to do so.
