We received our Letter regarding our maintenance fee for 2018 which went from $1175 last year to $1310 this year, they hope to have it open in March 2018, the first floor will probably not be ready, and they are awaiting new railings on 2,3,4th floors. As well as damage to sliders as well. We are grateful that the Belair is made of concrete. We have already received my confirmation for October, it is our Happy Place.

Just curious, what size unit you have? 2 bedroom for one week?

Yes as timeshare owners it is a two bedroom, the smaller bedroom has a full bed, the master has a king, and the couch I believe pulls out.

Perhaps I’m misreading your response but isn’t the Belair a hundred percent timeshare and all units two bedroom? <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/handshake.gif" alt="" /> <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/handshake.gif" alt="" />

It is not 100% timeshare, if people bank, or a timeshare is available they will rent the units as a one or two bedroom.

Well, that's the case with any timeshare, but there are some resorts, like Royal Palm and Simpson Bay Resorts, that sold SOME units that are actually fully owned, 365 days out of the year.

We, too got the newsletter with the increase of $135/week to total of $1310/week. We were not so lucky since we have and lost week 52 and week 1.
