I have set up a FB site for all Atrium owners, so that we can discuss what we will be doing with the special assessment invoices that we received, along with any other action that we maybe taking. You will need to answer 3 questions to enter our site, and then we ask that you read the pinned post poll and give us an answer to that poll. Here is the address for that FB site: https://www.facebook.com/groups/639137756475621/requests/

I am sure you are aware that the Atrium is advertising that they are open for reservations. We are not timeshare owners , we own at the Belair, but are investigating where we might stay. Lisa

Are they advertising regular rooms now? I know before they were advertising what they called 'non tourist' accommodations.

Yes, I received a message saying it was officially open for all reservations. One owner posted she was there as of yesterday, the opening day.

Huhm, which to me means that they should be the last one doing a special assessment, versus other places will be closed for a long time yet.
