Does anyone have a recommendation for a Miami airport hotel? With the flight schedule changes on AA we now have to overnight. Much appreciated

We stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites Miami-Airport South-Blue Lagoon on 57th Ave in February and will be staying overnight again in Feb. 2018. Wife has points from business travel, but would stay there even if we had to pay.

The Miami International Airport Hotel is definitely convenient. We let someone who stayed there talk us out of it, they stated some negatives about it. Did you find it noisy at all? Wife is retiring at the end of the year, so won't have points for 2019.

Wife is retiring at the end of the year, so won't have points for 2019. We’ve stayed there several times and have had family members stay there also. It’s a basic hotel without a lot of frills but it is very convenient. We never experienced any problems with “noise”.

The airport hotel has been updated. It is a busy hotel! Pool is gone but rooftop has a garden and track

We always stay at the MIA airport hotel and have found it very satisfactory for a one night stay. Rooms tend to be small and we have always found them to be clean. Very convenient when you flying in from the West Coast with a morning flight the next morning to SXM.
