I haven't been on TTOL in awhile, so the following question has probably already been discussed many times: What about Club O? Is it really lost and gone forever, or are there plans for rebuilding? We were in St. Martin in April (visit number 11) and stayed at Club O. So sorry to hear some business owners have called in quits and left the island.

Latest email update (23 Oct) from Club O indicated no idea when they’d reopen given the extent of destruction. Still awaiting structural engineer to survey the area. Constructed “Perch Lite” not far from old location. Not sure if c/o status is still practiced nor even allowed there on the beach. We’d made Jun 2018 reservations before leaving last summer and purchased Delta airfare, and are now essentially in limbo until Club O puts out an official reopening timeframe. Hopefully they can provide an update soon. It’s a crying shame but wish Club O and the entire Island the best!
