Paragraph 2 says Reservations are not required for the lessee to occupy his unit during the week acquired . This is guaranteed by the Lessor during the term of this Agreement, subject to the Lessee'saccount beingpaid currentprior to said occupancy . Should the unit not be aviable due to acts of GODor other reasons beyond the reasonable control of the Lessor, the Lessee may receive his prorata share of the insurance or condemnation proceeds so generated or the Lessor May elect to repair or rebuild the Unit and and extend the Lessee's benefits for the length of time use was not aviable. So you want them to add another year on your 99 year use? What good will that do?

I would not have to pay current maintance fees till unit is ready . Ican go elswere for less than ther Diamond change

Do you think we need a class action against Diamond to get their attention ?

Statement says your AMF has to be current...



..and the resort has the option to use funds to repair the unit and extend your contract a year

Good luck. There is already one lawsuit pending against them.
