Paragraph 2 says Reservations are not required for the lessee to occupy his unit during the week acquired . This is guaranteed by the Lessor during the term of this Agreement, subject to the Lessee'saccount beingpaid currentprior to said occupancy . Should the unit not be aviable due to acts of GODor other reasons beyond the reasonable control of the Lessor, the Lessee may receive his prorata share of the insurance or condemnation proceeds so generated or the Lessor May elect to repair or rebuild the Unit and and extend the Lessee's benefits for the length of time use was not aviable. End of paragraph. This option is not being offered by Diamond Reservations [

So you want them to add another year on your 99 year use? What good will that do?

Statement says your AMF has to be current... subject to the Lessee's account being paid current prior to said occupancy ..and the resort has the option to use funds to repair the unit and extend your contract a year the Lessor May elect to repair or rebuild the Unit and and extend the Lessee's benefits for the length of time use was not aviable. My opinion...

Do you think we need a class action against Diamond to get their attention ? Good luck. There is already one lawsuit pending against them.

Personally speaking, I think any class action suit will rack up a lot of billable hours for both US and SXM attorneys so you might want to see what the actual end result is before you get into lawsuit mode. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/handshake.gif" alt="" /> <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/handshake.gif" alt="" />
