Has anyone been lately, Are they open VRBO shows folks having units available for Feb.so looking to see if they are really open. Thank You

They are not currently open. Place is a wreck.

They expect to be. The place was built well -- cement, not wood, and it's damaged but not in bad shape, comparatively.
