I don't know the answer to your question, but considering that everything on Orient was leveled, I'd say it's doubtful.

It was reported elsewhere that Tropical Wave was destroyed but now plans to rebuild.

Patrick posted that on his personal site. Pictures we have and will post on FB today show that the restaurant looks like piles of wood. Terrible.
