I know not all of you are on Facebook, and I just became aware that Parotte Ville has a Facebook page. However, for anyone who is interested, a crowdfunding page has been set up to assist with rebuilding costs. The hope is to be open by mid-December. The birds are safe as they were housed elsewhere. However, they need more room in which to roam.

I am very happy that they are going to rebuild, as I think it is a wonderful addition to SXM.

However, as has been posted here several times, virtually any business on SXM can create a fund asking for money and we do not allow links to them to be posted here. Anyone that wants to donate can go to their page and do so.

That's good news, with the zoo not rebuilding tourists and islanders will need somewhere to go.

Is there any news on the butterfly farm?

That is great news. We went there in April and enjoyed it a great deal! The man that runs it is a great host and wish him well. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Thumbsup.gif" alt="" />
