Sorry, this is not new news, is it? My understanding is that Canadian flights were all cancelled a while ago?

Only if you want a non stop to SXM. We have Canadian friends that are going in January via Atlanta. Personally I could deal with a change of plane somewhere to spend a week or two in the sun and away from that bitter winter.

Canadians can only get there via a U.S. airline. You can take a Canadian plane elsewhere & carry on from there. It only made MSN news today.
