Oh boy...that looks like a bureaucratic nightmare.
They don't have any generators 'yet'
You have to go down and register and prove your trade license fees are paid and insurance
Then they'll put you on a list to visit the business and make an inspection
Then they will decide if you qualify
You could probably swim a generator from US faster than you'll get your emergency generator.

More likely the persons in charge of generator distribution have an interest in a bunch of beauty salons....

The part that struck me is your building has to be in good shape before they will let you have a generator. The businesses that lost walls and roofs that need power to run tools to rebuild get the short end of the stick while the hair dressers get first dibs.

They are two years from living in the current century and five or more years from recovery. I have canceled my June charter already and probably charted my last time, number 16,last year for good.
