Does anyone know if the 10 day lifting of Jones Act restrictions for Puerto Rico also applied to USVI?

From reading one of the articles, I believe the Jones Act never applied to the USVI..

Thanks, I can stand down. I have been contacting my congressman all week about the lift, but didn't know if it applied to USVI. I see now they are in their own Customs Zone and it doesn't apply. Things really look desperate on PR.

I don't think the Jones has been preventing relief aid from reaching the PR people. There are reports of 9500 containerss with relief supplies waiting to be unloaded in PR but the lack of drivers, fuel and debris covered roads is preventing distributorion.
