Thought I'd share my Air Canada experience in the event anyone else can benefit from this information. We had flights booked for February 2018 for 7 nights on SXM and 14 nights in Anguilla. Air Canada has updates re: Hurricane Irma and mention of a goodwill policy, however SXM was not one of the destinations mentioned online. I called the reservations number and was offered a travel credit good for one year from my date of booking. They were most co-operative. Hope to take that trip eventually but February will be too soon for us. Both of our "Homeaway" properties are also refunding our deposits. Dealing with wonderful individuals and will definitely rebook when a sense of normalcy returns.

Glad to hear things worked out for you. I agree February will probably be too soon to visit both islands. They need adequate time to recover from this horrific storm.
