We have Nagico on the French side. We had a claim about a month ago and they sent out an adjuster, reviewed our quotes, and were prompt with paying the claim.

I am sure with the current state of things, they're going to be overwhelmed with claims.

I sent an email to my agent, the main email and an email to headquarters. I have not received a response. This was yesterday morning .

Exactly. They might need to bring people in from outside, and they cannot do that until the airport opens.

Someone in our office is married to a car insurance adjuster. He was just sent to Florida for two weeks to process claims.

From my understanding just some water damage and we lost some lights on our deck. The property itself has damage, but all in all I think we were pretty lucky. We have a great group on the ground there and also an amazing Home Owners Association. So we shall see.
