I am going to personally hug every single Puerto Rican Navy skipper anchored in the BVI the next time I am down. These guys have come to the rescue in small beautiful ways. First ones over to Virgin Gorda with their boats filled with generators. First ones landing In Anegada with small planes filled with supplies.
They were the First Responders in many ways.
Heck, I might even dinghy over and hand them a bottle of good Rum.
