I'm thinking she can be found and raised. Probably a bit cleaner than before. I'm happy to go searching. Anyone with me?

Wild BS and cracked crystal ball with clouds.
But, if a hull like Willy T is missing. She rolled held by some of her anchorers and is exactly where her owners left her. A bunch of weight? Can bags and air lift that? Or do you girls need a crane that will be in short supply for a long time?
If the owners know the hull is rotted with deferred maintenance it is best to leave her where she is and anchor a better one on top. I look forward to diving the wreck and reef. The new Willy should have MSD and could be a great night dive.
No matter what she is +/- 40 feet where she was left with the last boob or tattoo.

Wouldn't be the first Willy T replacement.
Floating bars and restaurants might be a great fix for the sudden lack of beach bars
