Fellow that lives above Marigot said it is madness there...Looting, fires, general mayhem. He told people to avoid the area as it is unsafe.

Good listening for anyone who can. Good to hear they are at least talking about enforcing a curfew and trying to deal with the looting. I am going to temporarily "pin" this post so it doesn't get buried. You can get real time information by listening. Lost of discussion about people with health issues, injured people and even someone called in with a dead person at the house and several with severe injuries. Hopefully they will get some assistance soon. Laser 101

Listening now... callers are claiming there are gun shots heard in Great Bay and gangs are storming simpson bay pelican resort and punching people!

Listening to a women that drove over to the French side, she had been in the French quarters there was no military or police presence, the only Germaine's were seen were grilling in there yard, no curfews in forced and bodies floating in pond, she said rioting going on in Marigot fighting over looting the stores. It shoulds like a total nightmare. She said she had been on the Dutch side and there was plenty of police and military present, was requesting some be sent to the French side to get it under control.

Are you guys still getting the signal? My connection was lost about half an hour ago when they started playing music, it came back for a short while when they finished the music but did not last too long.

Listening now... Prime Minister is on his way to radio station and just came out of a meeting. If your call got thru to laser 101 what would you say? I am a big fan of Phyllis Meit from oasis... Yes, my good friend Glen Carty owns Laser 101 and when he built his house/fortress he put a studio in his home that could transmit in the worst hurricane. He has double back up generators. Was my neighbor for many years. A Hero of the island!

Sounds like they have gone off air on the internet at least. I know they made a comment they were down to 40% on their diesel fuel yesterday.

They provided the latest 11-ish report on Jose, via phone from an outside party (they have no internet), and said the effects from Jose would begin to be felt within the hour (noon). And then begin to improve after 8pm. Perhaps they gave the update and went off the air to conserve fuel?

I have heard a 45 minute repeat sequence, So i not sure about the live sequence. or what is the time lag between recordings.

What is on RIGHT NOW is heartbreaking.
How can people call in and blame government for looting?! That is a personal decision. Morals, values.

Laser 101 ... Curfew still in effect, must walk not drive, Fire Dept says do not burn garbage or you will be fined. Notary is needed at airport for minors flying to US!

TelEm/TelCell (according to Laser101) has given subscribers a $5 credit for landlines and cell phones. They also reported they would have a way to purchase additional credit (cash only) within the next couple of days at a stated location.
